Our San Antonio, TX location is seeking an Internal Operations Intern .
The anticipated start date for this role is: January 2027.
The anticipated end date for this role is: April 2027.
This internship is preferred to be a full-time, however, part-time may be offered with a minimum of 20 hours per week .

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review s and organize s client incoming tax documents .
- Assist s with intake of tax information and prepare s for routing .
- Ensure s all client documents are being tracked and kept current .
- Organize s , scan s and process es tax documents .
- Assemble s client tax returns following established procedures .
- Assist s team in meeting strict government deadlines .
- E-filing and other final delivery type steps .
- Other responsibilities may include preparation of informational tax documents .
- General operational support and other responsibilities/tasks as requested .
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Working towards the achievement of a bachelor’s degree – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred .
- Willingness to learn new technologies .
- Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
