Court Operations Specialists perform advanced court operations work including training, quality assurance, compliance, report analysis, and complex case processing under limited supervision from their supervisor. This work entails a considerable amount of data entry and customer service. The Court Operations Specialist serves as the subject matter expert and point of contact for staff with regards to policies, procedures, report management, and financial case processing. A successful candidate for this position will be able to exercise independent judgment in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing demands.
