ACCOUNTING / TITLE SPECIALIST

Schedule: Monday - Friday, daylight hours
Rate of Pay: Based on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Job responsibilities may include the following:
- Process accounting entries for vehicle sales
- Process bank deposit
- Post accounting entries for service and parts
- Post accounts payable and process payments
- Research errors and make appropriate corrections
- Analyze, research and reconcile accounts and schedules
- Ensure compliance with all state and government regulations
- Perform accounting and office duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Title work experience is a plus
- Dealership accounting experience is a plus
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Ability to learn the dealership software, Google and Microsoft products
- Team player attitude that takes pride in a job well done
