About this role

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

- Own routing content through internal processes.

- Help monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

- Work with Sr. PMs and department heads to proactively plan and manage resourcing

- Inform stakeholders about project status through regular updates and reports.

- Support the management of account budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.

- Support the project management and client services team with client communications as needed

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, project management or a related field

- Experience using project management tools such as Hive, Scoro, Monday.

- Highly organized with a high attention to detail

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
