Co-Dough is hiring a Bakery Production Associate to join our production team. This position supports the preparation and production of our bakery products while maintaining Co-Dough's standards for quality, consistency, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily bakery production and preparation
- Prepare products according to Co-Dough recipes, procedures, and quality standards
- Work across different areas of production as needed
- Follow daily production plans and complete assigned tasks within required timelines
- Maintain consistency in product quality, portioning, and appearance
- Properly handle, store, label, and rotate ingredients and finished products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Properly use and care for bakery equipment and tools
- Communicate production, inventory, or quality issues to management
- Assist with cleaning, organization, restocking, and end-of-day responsibilities
- Support other members of the production team as needed

Requirements

- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent attendance
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Able to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions accurately
- Organized and able to maintain a clean workspace
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and work in multiple areas of bakery production
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties required in a bakery environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability may be required

Previous bakery, kitchen, or food production experience is preferred but not required.
