Job Description:

This individual is responsible for efficiently managing and directing all aspects of the construction equipment service department and creating new business while maintaining a customer relationship with current customers. This individual will also coordinate activities and cooperate with other departments of the dealership to best serve the needs of the customer and employees. Responsibilities will also include adhering to safety regulations in and out of the service shop and monitoring departmental revenue and expenses.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory/management experience

Industry and/or aftermarket service support experience

Strong customer service skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong computer skills
