Description The Development Coordinator is responsible for providing oversight in a broad area of development operations while conducting field visits, verifying construction progress or providing storm water pollution prevention plan updates. Currently, the areas involve development operations within the Tesoro Viejo Master Development in Madera, CA . may include other commercial or residential real estate developments, multi-family rental properties, or land portfolio management. This position provides necessary coordination, oversight and information flow of general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, site personnel, or other operational businesses so that senior leadership can establishes long-range goals and make decisions that advance the organization’s objectives while ensuring a consistent return on our capital investments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential and other responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: • In addition to the responsibilities of a broad area of Tesoro Viejo Development operations while conducting necessary site analysis and coordinating or managing project information flow, the employee must execute the corporate mission, vision, values and strategies as defined by the Executive Board • Empowers and fosters an employee ownership culture while promoting a business climate for positive morale, high motivation and dedication to the organization’s objectives. • Represents the company to the public, customers, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, Tesoro Community, and governmental agencies in a professional manner. • Provides administrative support to the SR Vice President, Development operations, accounting staff and others in the Lyles Diversified, Inc. organization including other company executives. • Answers telephones, relays messages, and provides general oversight of assigned administrative duties as part of a team. • Establishes, by experience or through training, the necessary procedures to ensure that the storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) is compliant. • Processes, updates, and maintains tracking of various development or construction operations. • Maintains secure, orderly, and organized records and files. • Ensures accuracy of information, periodically reviews, identities, and reports inaccuracies to supervisor. • Conducts timely follow-up on work activities to meet deadlines and responds accordingly to time sensitive matters. • Maintains and complies with company policies on ethical standards and business practices and maintains utmost privacy when preparing or assisting with confidential company correspondence and project documents. • Administers short-term projects and administrative tasks and duties as may be assigned based on business needs. • Regular, predictable, reliable attendance, and punctuality are essential job functions. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations A Valid California driver's license and a driving record that meets company fleet policy requirements for operating a company vehicle for business purposes, when requested. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fresno, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
