What Youll Do
As a Housekeeper, youll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, safe, and welcoming home for our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- ##### Cleaning resident apartments and common areas according to established schedules
- ##### Performing housekeeping and janitorial duties throughout the community
- ##### Completing minor repairs and other tasks as assigned
- ##### Monitoring housekeeping, laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment
- ##### Reporting supply needs and helping maintain appropriate inventory
- ##### Logging janitorial and repair requests and following up to ensure they are completed
- ##### Providing laundry services as needed
- ##### Helping maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment throughout the community
- ##### Providing friendly, respectful, and exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members

Were looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.
The ideal candidate:
- ##### Has previous housekeeping experience; senior living, healthcare, hotel, or similar experience is a plus
- ##### Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- ##### Is reliable and able to work independently
- ##### Has strong attention to detail
