Responsibilities:- Act as a Technical Project Manager (TPM) and Agile Champion.- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Required Skills:- Strong experience in project management and Agile methodologies.- Proven ability to lead teams and drive project outcomes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Familiarity with project management tools and software.- Experience in the financial services or technology sector is preferred.
