Job Summary:

Turn your creativity into real-world marketing experience. Ag Express Electronics is seeking a dependable and creative Fall/Winter Marketing Intern to support product photography and e-commerce initiatives on-site at our Des Moines location for a six-week internship

In this hands-on role, you will photograph, edit, and organize product images for the Ag Express online store and other marketing materials. Working both independently and collaboratively with members of our internal team, you will gain practical experience while producing visual content that supports product visibility, customer engagement, and the Ag Express brand.

Qualifications

What Youll Do

- Photograph Ag Express products for use in our online store and other marketing materials.

- Edit and enhance images to meet established quality, formatting, and brand standards.

- Organize, name, and maintain digital image files accurately and consistently.

- Prepare images for upload and assist with updating online product offerings.

- Collaborate with employees across departments to understand products and photography requirements.

- Manage assigned projects, priorities, and deadlines with dependable follow-through.

- Apply feedback and make revisions to continuously improve the quality of completed work.

- Assist with additional marketing projects as time and business needs allow.

- A current college student pursuing coursework in marketing, photography, graphic design, communications, e-commerce, or a related field; or a high school student participating in an approved work-study program or demonstrating a strong interest in photography, marketing, or digital content creation.

- A self-motivated, dependable individual who is eager to learn and contribute meaningful, high-quality work.

- Strong attention to detail, with an eye for image quality, accuracy, and consistency.

- Effective organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage assignments and meet established deadlines.

- Willingness to receive feedback, make revisions, and continuously improve.

- Ability to collaborate and communicate professionally with mentors and internal team members.

- Familiarity with photography equipment or image-editing software is beneficial.

- Commitment to maintaining an agreed-upon on-site work schedule throughout the approximately six-week internship.

This is a paid, on-site internship with flexible scheduling coordinated with the selected candidate. The internship is expected to last approximately six weeks, depending on availability and scheduling.

Success in this internship will require consistent attendance, dependable follow-through, timely project completion, accurate file organization, responsiveness to feedback, and a commitment to producing polished, consistent, and high-quality visual content.

Physical Demands:

- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally, the role may involve lifting and carrying office equipment or materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

- Standing and Walking: Ability to navigate various departments and facilities within the organizations premises as part of operational oversight and engagement.

- Communication: Skill in exchanging accurate information with customers, co-workers, vendors, etc., utilizing verbal, written, and electronic communication methods.

- Sitting for Extended Periods: Much of the work will be conducted at a desk requiring the ability to sit for extended periods while performing tasks.
