Description

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator will support real estate and facilities initiatives by maintaining project schedules, tracking deliverables, coordinating stakeholder follow-up, and preparing project reporting. This position will also assist with lease administration, real estate documentation, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, and capital expenditure requests.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Assist with the coordination of real estate and facilities projects
Maintain project schedules, timelines, milestone trackers, and supporting documentation
Prepare and distribute status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes
Track project deliverables and follow up with stakeholders on outstanding action items
Help ensure accountability across project teams and business partners

Real Estate Administration

Support lease administration, including critical date tracking, renewals, and correspondence
Maintain organized records for real estate documents, agreements, and contracts
Assist with site-selection research and data gathering for new locations or facility expansions

Reporting and Budget Support

Create and manage purchase orders
Support invoice reconciliation and payment processing
Assist with project budget tracking
Support the preparation and coordination of capital expenditure requests

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting real estate, facilities, construction, operations, or workplace projects
Exposure to commercial lease administration or real estate lease management
Experience with purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, or payment processes
Familiarity with budget tracking and capital expenditure requests
Experience using SAP

This is a Contract position based out of Northridge, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.50 - $33.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
