Skills & Experience Required

- Prior restaurant management or leadership experience with proven guest service excellence
- Strong team building, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong time and priority management
- Proficient with POS systems and typical computer software
- Experience with inventory, scheduling, labor management understanding preferred

Physical Requirements

- Availability to work varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds during work hours
- Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
