JOB SUMMARY

The Front Desk Sales Manager is a working manager position at the front desk of the spa. They are responsible for driving sales revenue in all areas: membership, retail, service, and gift cards, to meet and exceed budgeted sales goal expectations. Responsibilities include training, coaching, scheduling, receiving and pricing merchandise, taking inventory and providing a welcoming environment for our guests.

Qualifications:   Education and Experience

- 2-4 years of management experience in a sales, spa or hospitality environment which includes training, coaching and proactively managing a small team, delegating work and providing feedback. Interest in health and wellness is strongly desired.

- Able to be sales-driven yet genuinely guest focused with a caring approach to self-care and wellness.

- Ability to read, write, and speak conversantly in English using correct pronunciation, spelling and grammar.

- Intermediate level computer skills with Google Drive, Word, Excel, and Gmail.

- A demonstrated passion for guest service, able to create a warm and welcoming environment while serving guests, being comfortable interacting with a wide range of people.

- Excellent organization, time management and problem solving skills with the d emonstrated ability to plan and prioritize projects and workflow.

- Strong detail orientation and an ability to multitask.

- Flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities. Ability to remain calm while problem-solving and dealing with difficult guests or team issues.
