Full-Time Express Automotive Service Technician

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Actively collaborate with the service team to ensure every vehicle receives fast, expert care
- Perform minor services such as checking and changing lube, oil, and filters, strictly following dealership and manufacturer procedures
- Identify and report any issues to the Service Advisor or Service Director/Manager promptly
- Conduct multi-point inspections on every vehicle (Customer Pay, Warranty, Extended Warranty)
- Find all legitimate repair and service needs and document recommendations clearly in the Multi-Point Inspection (MPI)
- Prepare accurate estimates for additional work and communicate findings to the Service Advisor for customer approval
- Assist other technicians with light mechanical tasks as needed
- Dedicate your time to providing excellent customer service throughout the service process
- Maintain communication with the Service Manager, Consultants, and fellow technicians to meet Lexus time standards and exceed guest expectations
- Keep the back shop clean and ensure all equipment is calibrated to Lexus standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the service department's success
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong commitment to safety: consistently wear personal protective equipment, back belts, safety glasses, and shoes
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable, team-oriented, and driven to deliver quality work with a professional attitude
