Key Responsibilities

- Teach and practice Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness.

Required Skills & Experience

- Natural leadership skills with a self-starting personality.
- Strong communication skills with both guests and team members.
- Ability to use a point-of-sale system effectively.
- A team-player mentality, willing to assist co-workers.

Physical Requirements

- Availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 10 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to bend, stoop, and occasionally use a ladder.
