About the department
We are looking for Product Developer to join our team in Dhaka on a 6 months FTC. The successful candidate will work closely with the technical team on all styles starting from initial pass-off to the production stage.

Role responsibilities

- Be an independent member of the team to ensure a smooth process in the development of assigned styles / collections in cooperation with Design / slack coordination / Team Head Development / Sourcing Manager / other Sourcing Functions
- Manage the admin for the pd team for all Oh Polly developments including concept sample development, collections, technical queries, lab dips and S/O development
- Follow new development with suppliers including S/O, print & embellishment – assisting team with any queries
- Assist team on AT + Trello
- Eod report random check
- Keep collection list on AT and Trello updated and ensure team are updated with changes
- Send weekly meeting recap and shoot sending updates
- CAD and range plan checks and updates
- Allocate new collection and concept sample to SM after consulting with senior manager
- Lab dips and S/O’s
- Support the team to solve urgent issues
- Liase with UK on strict DOS and shoot sample deadlines
- Check emails, AT and Trello updates daily
- Oversee communication for fabric sourcing and development
- Follow up all S/O sampling with direction from UK and senior managers
- Check all fabric sourcing alongside sourcing and senior manager
- Attend fittings when needed
