About this role
The Second Shift Emergency Services Supervisor provides leadership and operational support across our 24/7 emergency services programs, including emergency shelter, the crisis call center, and in-person hospital accompaniment for survivors impacted by intimate partner violence (IPV) and sexual assault. This role ensures the delivery of trauma-informed, survivor-centered services, including crisis intervention, safety planning, emotional support, and referrals. The Supervisor oversees second-shift staff and service delivery, supports training and development, ensures compliance with policies and safety protocols, and maintains continuity of operations across shelter and crisis response services.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field may be substituted for a degree.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in social services, emergency shelter, crisis intervention, or nonprofit management.
- Experience in case management, program development, and trauma-informed care preferred.
- Must have a valid drivers license and maintain a driving record that meets CWF automobile insurance requirements if operating a company vehicle.
- Must have a successful background check.
- Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.
