We are looking for a **Talent Recruiter with a background in Psychology** to support the sourcing, selection, and management of a **CEO talent pipeline across Eastern Europe**.
Tasks
Responsibilities
* Source CEO-level talent across Eastern Europe
* Identify and assess relevant executive profiles
* Manage and maintain the CEO talent pipeline
* Support the selection process
* Conduct candidate screening and interviews
* Maintain structured candidate information and follow-up
Requirements
* **Master’s degree in Psychology (mandatory)**
* **Fluent English (mandatory)**
* Based in **Poland**
* Strong interest in talent identification and executive recruitment
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently in a **fully remote** environment
