As we continue to invest in data, analytics and innovation, we're expanding our   Retail Credit Risk team   and are looking for talented professionals to make a real impact in a team that is transforming how risk insights support better customer and business outcomes.

We're   currently hiring for two exciting opportunities:

- Credit Risk Analyst | 1 4 -Month Fixed Term Contract

- Credit Risk Manager | Permanent

Whether   you're   an experienced analyst looking to deepen your   expertise   or a risk professional ready to drive strategic initiatives,   you'll   play a critical role in delivering insights that support better decision-making, enhance portfolio   performance   and strengthen ING's risk management capabilities.

Working closely with stakeholders across Risk, Data and Technology,   you'll   contribute to portfolio monitoring, risk reporting, data transformation   initiatives   and the development of innovative analytical solutions.

You'll   have the opportunity to influence key business decisions, improve how risk data is managed and consumed, and help drive the adoption of automation and AI-enabled capabilities across the function.

What You'll Do

- Monitor portfolio performance and   identify   emerging risks and trends across Retail and SME lending portfolios.

- Deliver meaningful reporting, analysis and insights that support effective risk management and business decision-making.

- Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Data and Technology to enhance reporting, data   quality   and analytical capabilities.

- Contribute to strategic, regulatory and transformation initiatives that strengthen ING's risk management framework.

- Leverage data,   automation   and innovative technologies to improve efficiency, reporting and portfolio insights.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in credit risk analytics, portfolio monitoring, risk reporting or risk data management within banking or financial services.

- Proven   SQL, data analysis and reporting capabilities, with experience using tools such as Tableau, Power   BI   or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of retail lending products and an understanding of credit risk management principles.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- A curious and proactive mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement,   innovation   and emerging technologies, including AI.
