SES Project Lead

Accountabilities:

- Lead Site Enablement Solutions delivery: Collaborate with pre- and post-award stakeholders to coordinate the planning, implementation, and ongoing delivery of Site Enablement Solutions across assigned projects.

- Develop delivery strategies: Create global delivery strategies that identify appropriate sites, define execution approaches, and identify opportunities to extend or expand services based on study needs and performance.

- Plan resources and operations: Determine internal team resourcing requirements and develop operational plans for larger, multi-region studies and programs, including study-specific expectations, timelines, and delivery models.

- Manage project risks: Develop and implement risk management plans designed to minimize the impact of operational risks on project objectives, timelines, quality, and deliverables.

- Engage sponsors and project teams: Communicate regularly with sponsors and internal project teams to implement, monitor, and assess the impact of Site Enablement Solutions, providing proactive operational and tactical recommendations as required.

- Coordinate cross-functional delivery: Work with internal and external teams to support site adoption and ensure quality resource placement within agreed timelines, while fostering collaboration across Patient and Site Centric Solutions teams, patient recruitment teams, and Direct to Patient campaigns.

- Lead meetings and presentations: Schedule and facilitate internal study meetings and represent Site Enablement Solutions in site- and sponsor-facing meetings, presenting strategy, rationale, progress, and training as needed.

- Own project performance: Maintain accountability for study KPIs and financial performance while managing project scope, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other assigned activities.

- Maintain operational compliance: Manage and oversee internal workflow management systems to ensure appropriate processes, controls, and compliance requirements are consistently followed.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.

- Clinical research experience: At least 5 years of relevant clinical trial experience, with a strong understanding of clinical research operations and study delivery.

- CRO experience: At least 3 years of experience working within a CRO or clinical trial services provider environment.

- Project management experience: At least 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role, ideally with responsibility for complex or multi-region projects.

- Project leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, oversee deliverables, and proactively address risks and operational challenges.

- Communication and collaboration: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sponsors, study teams, internal functions, and external partners.

- English proficiency: Advanced English communication skills are required, as the role involves working with global projects and international teams.
