Job Responsibilities
- Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
- Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
- Makes appointments for follow-up patients
- Assist with doctors' requests
- Assists patient with Medisave application
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Managers and Senior Executives
Job Requirements
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- At least 3 years of direct frontline customers' service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
