IOM Sri Lanka is seeking a National Consultant – Data Analysis and Reporting to support the consolidation, quality assurance and analysis of Multi-Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA) data collected in Cyclone Ditwah-affected communities. The Consultant will develop community profiles, analyze key vulnerabilities and resettlement needs, and lead the preparation of a comprehensive MSNA report with evidence-based recommendations to inform protection-sensitive and durable resettlement planning.
