Position Overview
The Senior Procurement Professional will drive procurement delivery for IT‑focused service and solution projects within the organization. This role brings deep end‑to‑end procurement expertise, with hands‑on large‑scale project purchasing and delivery experience . The incumbent will own core procurement processes, conduct English‑language contract reviews, and engage in commercial negotiations. While focusing on procurement execution and project outcomes, this role also expects genuine interest and practical hands‑on experience in applying AI / AI‑agent technologies to procurement scenarios, keeping up‑to‑date with latest AI industry advancements. This position collaborates cross‑functionally with Legal, business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver optimized commercial, risk‑managed procurement outcomes for complex IT service & solution initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Procurement Delivery for IT Service & Solution Projects
1.Lead end‑to‑end procurement activities for large‑scale IT service and solution projects, including RFI / RFP / RFQ cycles, supplier evaluation, selection and commercial negotiation.
2.Own and follow standard enterprise procurement workflows; conduct thorough review of English‑language contracts, identify commercial & risk gaps, and coordinate with Legal and internal business stakeholders to resolve complex contractual topics.
3.Develop category‑specific procurement strategies targeting, balancing cost control, delivery performance and risk mitigation.
4.Perform market intelligence research and supplier capability assessment, build and maintain strategic supplier relationships .
5.Drive continuous value‑creation initiatives, manage cost‑optimization opportunities and oversee full contract lifecycle management.
AI for Procurement (Applied Practice & Continuous Learning)
1.Apply AI capabilities to solve real‑world procurement pain points; possess hands‑on practical experience building or using AI agents for procurement‑related use cases.
2.Keep abreast of latest AI trends, agent frameworks and industry advancements; identify practical opportunities to introduce AI‑enabled improvements into existing procurement workflows.
3.Participate in shaping practical use‑case ideas for AI adoption within procurement and provide procurement‑business perspective to technical teams.
Cross‑Stakeholder Collaboration
Closely align with business project teams, Legal, and technology teams throughout the full procurement project lifecycle. Facilitate effective communication with global vendors; conduct business discussions and negotiations in fluent spoken and written English.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree; relevant business, supply‑chain or engineering‑related major preferred.
Professional Experience
Minimum 8+ years of solid procurement working experience, with proven track record of delivering large‑size IT service and solution procurement projects.
Rich hands‑on experience across core procurement domains: strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiation & full contract lifecycle management.
Solid practical experience reviewing English‑language commercial contracts, capable of spotting commercial terms and risk points.
Demonstrated experience working on complex IT service / solution projects in the IT industry.
Language Competency
Fluent business‑level English (spoken & written): able to conduct vendor negotiations, contract review and cross‑border stakeholder communications in English.
AI‑Related Competencies (Preferred but important)
Hands‑on practical exposure to AI agents applied within procurement scenarios, with personal hands‑on experience building / experimenting with AI agents for procurement workflows.
Strong interest in generative‑AI evolution and cutting‑edge AI developments; able to evaluate real‑world applicability of new AI capabilities for procurement business problems.
Basic understanding of GenAI, LLM, agent orchestration concepts; familiarity with agent frameworks is a plus.

Excellent cross‑team stakeholder management, commercial acumen and risk‑identification capability.
