Wai Hospitality Group operates three of Queenstown's most established restaurants – Public Italian Kitchen, Finz Seafood & Grill, and Bella Cucina. Each venue has its own style and identity, but we all share the same philosophy - exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and a positive team culture.
We're looking for Hospitality Superstars who take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, bring energy and professionalism to every shift, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-performing restaurant environment. What you'll be doing
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly, professional service.
- Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to keep service running smoothly.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, food safety, and health and safety.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and the achievement of restaurant goals.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in hospitality or similar role involving customer service and sales.
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality.
- Passionate about customer service and committed to high standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
What we offer
- Competitive pay $25.00–$28.00 per hour , depending on skills & experience.
- Full-time permanent employment.
- Rostered shifts across Monday to Sunday, minimum 30 hours per week.
