Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and maintain social media content plans and calendars for Instagram and Threads.
- Write engaging scripts and captions for social media content.
- Create clear and detailed content briefs for content creators.
- Research social media trends and competitor activities to support content strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with ongoing campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media content planning or management.
- Proven experience in scriptwriting and developing content briefs for social media.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Threads trends, features, and best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in social media management tools and Google Sheets/Excel for planning and reporting.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across different Sparks centers.
