About the Role
- Lead the governance, procurement and performance of national property services contracts
- Drive strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships and commercial optimisation initiatives
- Oversee a high-volume Property Services Administration function managing approximately 17,000 annual work orders
- Ensure contractor compliance, risk management and service excellence across a national portfolio
- Partner with operational and executive leaders to deliver safe, efficient and sustainable outcomes

What You'll Bring
- 7+ years' experience in contract management & procurement, specialising in property services
- Experience managing complex, high-value contracts across multi-site operations
- Strong commercial, negotiation and supplier relationship management capability
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Property, Facilities Management, Engineering, Procurement or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of contract governance, compliance and risk management frameworks
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes in complex environments
