About this role

Summary/Objective :
Keep our commercial customers moving as a Service Coordinator with Commercial Tire Center. Youll connect customers, sales personnel, and tire technicians to coordinate service requests, support timely invoicing, and help resolve service concerns. Bring your people skills and organizational strengths to a fast-paced role where youll build product knowledge and lasting customer relationships.

Essential Functions:

- Coordinate commercial service requests from start to finish. Schedule appointments, dispatch Tire Technicians, adjust priorities, and keep customers and Commercial Sales informed of progress and changes.

- Prepare quotes and repair orders using established pricing and procedures, follow up on open quotes.

- Support assigned commercial accounts and front-counter customers by identifying needs and recommending products and services.

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, answer product and service inquiries, and maintain accurate call logs and messages.

- Confirm completed work with technicians, collect and check field tickets, and follow up on missing details or outstanding tickets.

- Create and finalize accurate invoices using service records and established pricing. Keep customer, quote, repair order, and invoice records current in the POS system.

- Help resolve customer concerns within company procedures and refer matters requiring company spending or further approval to management.

- Follow up with customers after service, record feedback, and share concerns and ideas for improvement with the General Manager.

- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good planning skills and the ability to stay organized in a busy workplace.

- Great communication, writing, and listening skills.

- A friendly, patient approach to customers.

- Good problem-solving skills and judgment about when to seek guidance.

- Great attention to detail and accuracy with basic accounting and calculations.

- Basic computer skills and the point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Willingness to learn, work with others, and follow through on tasks.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is regularly performed in a combination of office and shop environments and is regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, noise, heat, and outdoor elements.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and stand; walk; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift/carry at least 20 lbs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.

- Minimum of one year office administration experience is preferred.

- Minimum of one years sales experience is a plus.
