About this role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET Core and React to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications , with particular strength in backend development and API-driven architectures .
This is a backend-heavy Full Stack role involving the development of complex business logic, RESTful services, database-driven applications, and integration with multiple internal and third-party APIs . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design reliable solutions and contribute throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core and React .
- Build and maintain backend-heavy applications with complex business logic and data processing requirements.
- Design, develop, document, and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend applications and external systems.
- Integrate applications with multiple internal and third-party APIs and services , ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
- Handle API authentication, request/response processing, error handling, data transformation, and integration troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and implement new functionality.
- Develop reusable and maintainable backend services using C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core .
- Work with relational databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle , including query optimization and database performance improvements.
- Work with NoSQL and caching technologies such as MongoDB and Redis where required.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security .
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following SOLID principles, design patterns, and software development best practices .
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain application quality.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application development and deployment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, version control, deployment processes, and development automation .
- Identify and resolve backend, database, and API integration issues across different application components.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development using .NET Core and React .
- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Entity Framework Core .
- Strong hands-on experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs .
- Experience working on applications involving multiple API integrations and third-party services .
- Good understanding of API authentication and authorization , including concepts such as JWT, OAuth, or token-based authentication.
- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap or similar UI frameworks .
- Strong experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, or Oracle .
- Experience with MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL/caching technologies will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Docker ; exposure to Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean coding practices .
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices .
- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, scalability, and error-handling practices .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly when troubleshooting backend services, APIs, and system integrations .
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on backend-intensive or integration-heavy applications .
- Experience integrating multiple external platforms, services, or APIs within a single application.
- Exposure to microservices or service-oriented architectures .
- Experience with asynchronous processing, background services, webhooks, or event-driven integrations .
- Experience optimizing APIs and database queries for high-volume or performance-sensitive applications .
