Key Responsibilities
- Independently drive business development activities in the EMEA market in close collaboration with the Taiwan headquarters
- Identify target customers and develop new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to create business opportunities
- Promote MCU and Audio IC solutions and communicate their technical value
- Provide market feedback and strategic input to product development and marketing teams at the headquarters
- Build relationships with prospective customers and drive project creation and execution
- Develop mid- to long-term market strategies and business plans in the EMEA
- Provide regulat MCU & Audio products training to Disty in the EMEA sales region
- On-going project status update with CRM progress maintenance
