About this role

Accountabilities

- Define and execute an integrated, multi-year global marketing and go-to-market strategy aligned with revenue objectives, practice expansion, and enterprise growth priorities.

- Own the global marketing budget and allocate resources across brand, demand generation, events, digital programs, and co-marketing initiatives to maximize return on investment.

- Partner closely with Sales, Alliances, Delivery, and executive leadership to ensure marketing programs support commercial priorities, enterprise accounts, and emerging service offerings.

- Develop and maximize co-marketing opportunities within major cloud ecosystems, including partner marketing funds, joint campaigns, field programs, and strategic ecosystem initiatives.

- Lead the organization's presence at major industry and technology events, including cloud conferences, regional summits, executive roundtables, and other high-value customer engagement opportunities.

- Oversee thought leadership, content, public relations, customer stories, technical whitepapers, and other initiatives that demonstrate technical expertise and measurable customer outcomes.

- Build multi-channel pipeline generation programs using account-based marketing, inbound and outbound campaigns, paid media, organic search, social platforms, content syndication, and email marketing.

- Establish and optimize a predictable demand-generation funnel, using data and performance insights to continuously improve conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness.

- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, buyer-centric value propositions, sales enablement materials, solution briefs, and playbooks.

- Partner with delivery and customer-facing teams to identify compelling customer outcomes and transform them into case studies, testimonials, success stories, and measurable ROI narratives.

- Track marketing performance, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI while using insights to refine strategy and investment decisions.

- Strengthen the organization's market positioning and brand awareness across enterprise technology and cloud communities.

Requirements

- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven record of leading marketing strategy and growth initiatives for enterprise-focused organizations.

- At least 4+ years of senior marketing leadership experience within a cloud consultancy, professional services organization, IT services company, or similarly fast-growing technology business.

- Direct experience working within a major hyperscaler ecosystem such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure, with strong familiarity with partner marketing, co-marketing programs, and marketing development funds.

- Demonstrated success owning or significantly influencing pipeline targets and developing multi-touch account-based marketing programs that generate measurable enterprise demand.

- Strong understanding of modern marketing and sales technology, including platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ABM solutions, web analytics, and other MarTech tools.

- Strong understanding of emerging AI-powered marketing tools and the ability to identify practical opportunities to use AI to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to transform complex cloud, data, and AI concepts into compelling business narratives for C-suite and senior enterprise audiences.

- Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to connect marketing investment and activity to pipeline, revenue, customer acquisition, and business outcomes.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across executive, sales, alliances, delivery, and technical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Strategic thinker who can establish a long-term vision while remaining comfortable driving execution and adapting to changing priorities.

- Strong storytelling, positioning, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
