About this role
The Group HR Officer – Payroll & Benefits is responsible for supporting the HR Operations team in the administration of employee benefits including payroll, and acting as the primary liaison for payroll and benefits inquiries. The role supports employees, HR teams, and external partners to maintain seamless payroll operations and benefits management, with particular oversight of the SWAN Protect Healthcare scheme.
