Possible Tasks within this Role
- Appointment Scheduling : Scheduling service appointments and welcoming customers upon arrival.
- Customer Consulting : Providing comprehensive customer advice regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services in accordance with all service process requirements.
- Work Order Management : Opening repair orders and monitoring the repair process while maintaining regular communication with customers.
- Documentation : Completing and verifying all required documentation before handing the vehicle back to the customer.
- Vehicle Handover : Delivering the vehicle to the customer and explaining the completed work.
- Complaint Handling : Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualification requirements
- Education : Minimum secondary education qualification (Level IV).
- Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of vehicle systems and components.
- Language Skills : Basic knowledge of English and/or German.
- Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Driving Licence : Valid Category B driving licence.
- Competencies : Strong teamwork skills, perseverance, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
