Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented People and Culture Operations Specialist to join our team. With at least 6 months of HR especially with employee relations who are eager to grow their career in People and Culture. You will work closely with the Senior People and Culture Operations Specialist and support various HR operations, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day people processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, has strong communication skills, and is willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

- Support the employee onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and coordination of company assets.

- Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities and company events.

- Help address employee inquiries and support positive employee relations by fostering open communication.

- Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Coordinate with the People and Culture Operations Lead on HR-related tasks and ad hoc requests.

- Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team, including preparation of reports, documents, and forms.

- Partner with teams across divisions to contribute to a positive employee experience.

What we're Looking For:

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

- At least 6 months of work experience in HR, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, or related roles is an advantage.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build positive relationships with employees and clients at all levels.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools.
