Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP ERP , preferably SAP HCM, is considered an advantage.
- Experience working in a shared services or global IT support environment .
- Exposure to HR systems integration , interfaces, or data reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar).
- Basic understanding of SAP HCM modules (e.g., Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll integrations).
- Experience supporting or participating in IT projects , system upgrades, or process improvements.
- Interest in developing deeper expertise in HR IT applications and enterprise systems .
- Provide day-to-day application support for SAP HCM within the Deloitte HR systems landscape, working according to priorities defined by the ticketing solution.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests in collaboration with internal customers, senior consultants, and other subject matter experts.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide status updates, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Execute operational and technical procedures , including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual system checks to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Monitor and support cross-system interfaces , ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and overall HR data quality.
- Support reporting and data analysis activities, contributing to reliable insights and operational transparency.
