岗位职责
- 负责规划并落人机协同平台-平台治理领域的产品路线图，构建健康、可持续的平台生态。
- 推动平台基础能力建设与开发者体验优化，降低开发者接入与交付成本，提升开发者在平台上的作业效率。
- 参与Agent Harness相关产品规划、设计与迭代，推动Agent在企业场景中的可信运行与规模化应用。
- 深度跟踪真实业务场景中的用户行为与反馈，识别高频痛点和共性需求，持续驱动产品能力演进。
- 与业务、研发、设计及运营团队紧密协作，理解业务诉求，制定并推动AI产品解决方案优化落地。
- 基于供应链业务洞察，负责产品从需求识别、方案设计到落地运营的全生命周期管理, 推动AI产品解决方案优化落地.
岗位要求
- 5年以上产品经验，产品逻辑清晰，具备完整To B或平台型产品落地经历； 有Agent 平台、开发者平台、Copilot、AI Workflow或Multi-Agent系统相关产品建设经验者优先。
- 理解LLM及Agent基本运行机制与原理，对Prompt Engineering、Context Engineering、Evaluation、Agent Harness/Agent Runtime等领域有实践经验。
- 熟练使用Vibe Coding 工具，具备良好的UI/UX设计素养，能借助AI工具快速输出产品原型/Live Demo。
- 重度Agent产品用户，深度使用过Claude Code、Codex、Cursor、GitHub Copilot、OpenCode、Codex等产品，对Agent形态、模型行为、开发者体验与用户体验有判断力。
- 对产品细节有强感知力，对异常分支、边界条件和失败场景有敏锐嗅觉，具备良好的风险预判与问题拆解能力。
- 具备供应链领域背景，开源社区活跃贡献者优先。
