About this role

MetroGreenscape, Inc . is hiring experienced, hands-on Project Field Assistants to support our Project Managers in our Charlotte, NC office. This position offers a career growth opportunity to Project Manager and reports to the Senior Project Manager. We don’t just build pools; we create transformative outdoor environments with our award-winning designs.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day job site tasks

- Pick up and deliver materials to job sites

- Help maintain clean, organized job sites

- Support crews with light labor (planting, pavers, drainage, etc.)

- Communicate updates and take job site photos

- Ensure tools and materials are available on job sites as needed

- Maintain detailed daily logs of job site progress and incidents and take photos to assist the Project Managers.

- Perform basic tasks such as job site cleanup (sweeping, debris removal), light demolition, or assisting crews with specific installation.

- Assist with planning, opening/closing the job site, and coordinating job site preparation for final client walk-throughs.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2 years minimum of pool construction and hardscaping experience

- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks

- Ability to take photos on a cell phone and use a mobile application with training

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Valid driver’s license

- Ability to work some overtime
