About this role
The Team Leader will oversee the day-to-day allocation and progress of workshop jobs, ensuring Technicians remain productive and that repairs are completed efficiently and to the required quality standards. The role will work closely with Service Advisors, Workshop Management, and the manufacturer to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
