About this role
Operates console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing, inter-office calls. The operator is responsible for monitoring fire alarm panel and other monitoring functions. The PBX operator performs duties of hospital receptionist.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Graduate
Experience Requirements:
- Prefer previous experience w/ PBX phone system
- Customer service experience
Special Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to provide service to public and hospital staff in professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent hand dexterity and motor skills
