RV Detail Manager – Valley View, TX
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on RV Detailer for our Denton TX ( Valley View) location. The ideal candidate will have previous automotive or RV Detail experience and be accustomed to working outdoors.
Workflow & Operational Duties
• Prioritize detailing tasks based on delivery deadlines, service needs, and lot readiness
• Ensure units are prepped for customer delivery, photography, and showroom display
• Track progress using internal systems or work orders
• Coordinate with the service department on units needing special attention or repairs
Hands-On Detailing
• Perform exterior washing, waxing, polishing, and oxidation removal
• Clean roofs, awnings, slide seals, wheels, and exterior trim
• Complete full interior detail: vacuum, wipe-down, sanitizing, windows, flooring, cabinetry, and appliances
• Remove stains, odors, and cosmetic issues that impact customer satisfaction
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure proper handling of chemicals and equipment
• Train staff on safe work practices and PPE
• Conduct routine inspections and ensure OSHA-compliant procedures
Qualifications
• Prior experience as a detailer, automotive detail manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of detailing techniques, chemicals, and equipment
• Ability to lead a team with a positive, supportive attitude
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and performing physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license with ability to move RVs and towable units (training provided)

• Primarily outdoor work with exposure to heat, cold, and weather conditions
• Fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Combination of leadership duties and hands-on detailing
Schedule & Compensation
• Full Time position
• Typical Schedule: Monday–Friday; occasional Saturdays depending on workload
• Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
