Oil & Gas Division Order Analyst (Full-Time Contract)
Senior Division Order Analyst – Oil & Gas
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of direct Division Order experience and be comfortable handling complex ownership matters independently. Responsibilities include:
Take-in-Kind (TIK).
Complex DOI and ownership calculations.
Title opinion review. Ownership transfers and changes.
Suspense and curative issues.
Royalty, ORRI, and working interest calculations.
Resolving complex ownership discrepancies.
Requirements:
10+ years of Division Order experience.
Strong TIK experience.
Ability to interpret title documents and calculate complex decimals.
Strong understanding of oil and gas ownership.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
*Must be willing to work the technology and AI
*CDOA certification and experience with major oil and gas operators are a plus.
