Job Title: Civil Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a talented land development civil engineer with a professional engineering (P.E) license to join our team in a leading civil design role. The ideal candidate will have experience with both private and public projects, including K-12 schools, parking lots, sports fields, and other site development projects. Consideration will be given to candidates who can obtain their P.E. license within six months of starting. Proficiency with Civil 3D and experience in leading projects are required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct design reviews and compile complete project packages.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet project requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members in their professional development.
- Manage land development projects for both private and public sectors, including K-12, parking lots, and sports fields.
Essential Skills
- Land development experience in both private and public projects.
- Proficiency in civil engineering and site development.
- Expertise in civil design, grading, and public works.
- Advanced skills in Civil 3D and site planning.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or the ability to obtain it within six months.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience with quality assurance and quality control (QAQC).
- Proficiency in plan set preparation and civil design.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
