Job Description
- Pick, pack and ship customer orders per customer requirements.
- Schedule small package shipments using UPS Worldship and FedEx Ship Manager software.
- Prepare and scheduled palletized shipments
- Load and unload LTL/FTL trucks
- Prepare all necessary customer and Oetiker paperwork to support daily shipments including, but not limited to packing lists, bills-of-ladings, USMCA certificates,
- Proforma invoices, Shipper’s Export Declarations and other documentation as needed.
- Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as necessary
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year Logistics and/or Supply Chain experience preferred
- Prior experience operating forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, and pallet wrapper
- Ability to lift up to 30 pound packages throughout the day
- Basic computer skills, including scanning equipment
- Math skills
- Reading comprehension
- Effective communication skills
- UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook
