Overview
We’re looking for a resourceful support person to join CORT’s National Strategic Account team. The National Stragegic Account Specialist is responsible for supporting business growth and revenue-generating initiatives through exceptional client service, partner relationship management, and operational support.
This role serves as a key liaison between the organization and multifamily partners, helping to identify and expand referral opportunities through property technology (Prop Tech) partnerships.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and priorities. Key responsibilities include coordinating communications, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, organizing events and trade shows, and fostering strong relationships with multifamily partners to support the team's overall success and revenue goals.
The National Strategic Account Specialist must be a self-starter who is organized, tech savvy and someone with exceptional follow up skills.
Pay: $65,000-$75,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Support efforts to help team meet and/or exceed revenue goals.
- Follow up on all projects and communications.
- Generate presentations, reports, and various documents.
- Support opportunities to partner and grow referrals through technology (Prop Tech) with Multifamily partners.
- Develop and grow relationships with our multifamily partners.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while acting as the client liaison to fulfill needs.
- Plan and organize all team attended events, trade-shows etc.
- Maintain quality records and use Salesforce daily.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year of experience with CRM or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with social media value.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking and demonstrates persistence to overcome obstacles.
- Uses a collaborate approach to work with multiple decision makers.
