2 to 3 shifts per week

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Reporting to the Head Tennis Pro the tennis counselor will focus on coaching tennis to young players in a group setting. The tennis counselor will be expected to keep up with activities in other areas of the resort and will always be a champion of the guest experience. ​

·        Planning and leading Tennis Lesson for young players & summer camps

·        Developing programming with tennis coaches and Head Tennis Pro

·        Choosing drills and games for appropriate skill level

·        Preparing for lessons or camp

·        Maintaining Court and Facility cleanliness

·        Familiar with front desk processes

·        Evaluate participant/student’s skill development and report progress to student’s parents.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

·        Previous coaching/teaching experience Monterra Junior Program or similar

·        Previous instructing experience an asset

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·        Excellent customer service skills
