Job Title:  Machine Operator

Location:  Novo Precision Bristol, CT

Shift:  3rd Shift

Position Summary:

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a long history of taking ownership of setting up, programming, operating, modifying, troubleshooting and making minor repairs on wire forming machines during production.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Select appropriate materials as required by each job specification

- Rotate through all the tasks required in a particular production process

- Observe machine operations to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction.

- Pack finished product and store them in designated areas

- Clean work station at the end of every shift

Qualifications

- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

- Strong desire to learn and improve

- Must be very dependable and professional

- Attention to detail

- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor and team player
