We are looking for a full-time associate to join our growing team at our Bettendorf, IA, facility. If you are detail-oriented, fast-paced, organized, and comfortable operating material handling equipment, we want you on our team.

Our Bettendorf location is a temperature-controlled facility (heating/air conditioning) that serves our Fashion & Performance Group division, a North American leader in cold weather and seasonal fashion accessories.
Base Pay: $19.00/hour ($17.50/hour + $1.50/hour 2nd Shift Differential)
Seasonal Forklift Assignment Differential: Additional $4.00/hour while assigned as a designated seasonal forklift operator.
The seasonal forklift assignment is generally anticipated to run annually from approximately July 1 through December 31 but may vary based on operational needs. Employees designated by Lynco for the seasonal forklift assignment will receive the additional $4.00/hour differential for all hours worked during the designated assignment period. When the seasonal forklift assignment ends, the employee returns to their regular base hourly rate, including any applicable shift differential.
Shift:
- Bettendorf, IA: Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m., with some mandatory overtime when needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate stand-up order pickers (cherry pickers), fork trucks, and other material handling equipment as assigned.
- Unload incoming containers, trailers, and trucks.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately count and confirm the quality and quantity of incoming shipments.
- Process and audit orders.
- Label product to fit customer needs.
- Pick and pack products to be shipped.
- Ship orders to designated customer locations.
- Palletize and wrap pallets.
- Maintain accurate inventories.
- Assist with rework projects.
- Inspect product to ensure adherence to customer specifications.
- Maintain general housekeeping and warehouse standards in a safe and professional manner.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School diploma; some college preferred.
- Receiving and/or warehouse experience preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to safely operate stand-up order pickers (cherry pickers), fork trucks, and other material handling equipment. Training and authorization will be provided as required.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to crouch, carry, push, and lift product.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime and weekends based on business needs.
- Basic computer skills.
