About this role
The Produce Manager is a member of the Leadership Team and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the Produce Department. Reporting directly to the Food Store Manager, this role is accountable for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring safe and effective department operations, developing Team Members, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining adherence to Heritage Co-op’s Values of Integrity, Excellence, and Responsibility.
