This is a part time position, no late nights!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with meal preparation, serving, and cleaning the kitchen and dining room
- Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Menu planning, prep and prepare meals for residents using standardized recipes
- Must have experience cooking entire meals in larger quantities (20+ meals) and serve safe certified preferred, but not required
- Plate and serve meals promptly and efficiently, presenting food in an appealing and appetizing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies as needed
- Delivering room service trays
- Transporting residents to and from the dining room
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, following health department regulations and facility policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- A positive attitude and the capacity to work as a team
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- The ability to arrive on time for every shift
- Every other weekend is required
