We're looking for a motivated, bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to find, interview, and hire the cleaning technicians who are the heart of our business — then help them get off to a great start through onboarding. Your language skills won't be a checkbox here; they'll be how you connect with candidates, support employees, and build our culture.

This role is a great fit whether you're an experienced recruiter or someone with strong people skills, bilingual fluency, and a desire to grow into recruiting and team leadership. We provide training and a clear path to take on more responsibility over time.

Team & Administrative Support

- Complete new-hire and customer paperwork and data entry accurately and on time
