What You'll Do
As our International Demand Planner, you'll help balance customer demand, inventory investments, and supplier performance by:
Demand & Inventory Planning
- Analyze inventory levels, demand trends, customer forecasts, and replenishment requirements.
- Determine optimal purchase order release quantities to maintain healthy inventory levels while minimizing stock risks.
- Support inventory planning initiatives using NetStock and other planning tools.
- Identify risks to supply continuity and proactively recommend solutions.
Purchase Order & Supplier Management
- Manage purchase orders throughout their full lifecycle, from creation through receipt.
- Monitor open orders, lead times, and vendor commitments to ensure products arrive on schedule.
- Partner with suppliers to address delays, shortages, quantity changes, and shipping updates.
- Support vendor onboarding and ensure accurate product and supplier setup within company systems.
International Logistics & Import Operations
- Coordinate with global suppliers and freight forwarders to support international shipments.
- Track inbound containers, shipment milestones, freight activity, and delivery schedules.
- Assist with import documentation and compliance activities, including Free Trade Zone (FTZ) processes.
- Maintain visibility into shipment status and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
ERP, Reporting & Analytics
- Manage inventory and purchasing transactions within Acumatica ERP.
- Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and purchase order data.
- Leverage Power BI and advanced Excel tools to identify trends and support business decisions.
- Create and analyze reports that help improve purchasing effectiveness and inventory performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Purchasing, Receiving, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies involving purchase orders, packing lists, receipts, and inventory records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning, replenishment, and import processes.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Analysis, Procurement, Inventory Management, or a related supply chain function.
- Experience managing inventory, replenishment, and purchase orders in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
- Strong supplier relationship management and vendor communication skills.
- Experience supporting international shipments and inbound logistics operations.
- Working knowledge of Free Trade Zone (FTZ) requirements and processes.
- Experience using an ERP platform such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetStock or other demand planning platforms.
- Background in purchasing, procurement, or buyer functions.
- Experience managing international imports within a distribution-focused organization.
- Familiarity with import compliance documentation and FTZ reporting.
- Proven success using data to improve inventory performance and supply chain efficiency.

Schedule & Work Environment
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Kent, Washington . We offer flexible daytime scheduling options:
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
